Zero Waste Initiative
Spongelab Interactive: Zero Waste Initiative
What is our Zero Waste Initiative?
About 2,500 tonnes of unwanted CDs are thrown away every year. Because of the added complexity of recycling CD ROMs, CDRs, and DVDs, only a few regions offer this service.
To help combat this problem, we have switched all of our software distribution from solid media to direct digital download. We prefer to only print CDs for our users who lack an appropriate internet connection or who specifically require solid media.
We appreciate your support in helping reduce waste associated with software distribution!
